Day 1 — Marrakech to Agdz
- ›Leave Marrakech in the morning and drive south across the High Atlas Mountains by the Tizi n'Tichka pass (2,260 m).
- ›Stop in a Berber village for mint tea and to enjoy the view over the mountains.
- ›Continue down the road past argan trees and small kasbahs.
- ›Arrive in Agdz, a quiet little town with palm groves at the foot of the Jbel Kissane mountain, in the evening.
- ›Dinner and overnight at a local hotel.

Day 2 — Agdz to the Chegaga luxury camp
- ›After breakfast, drive south along the Draa Valley with its long line of date palms and old kasbahs of red earth.
- ›Pass through Zagora and reach M'hamid, the last village before the desert.
- ›Switch to a 4x4 and take the off-road track across the open desert to the Erg Chegaga dunes — the largest dunes in this part of Morocco, up to 300 m high.
- ›In the late afternoon, a camel ride takes you to the top of a big dune to watch the sunset.
- ›Dinner around the fire with local songs, then overnight in a luxury desert camp with comfortable beds.

Day 3 — Chegaga, nomad family and dunes
- ›Wake up early for the sunrise on the dunes.
- ›After breakfast, the guide takes you deeper into the desert to visit a real nomad family in their tent.
- ›Share mint tea, ask questions about their daily life, the goats, the wells, and the desert seasons.
- ›You can also try sandboarding on the steep slopes.
- ›Lunch and a long rest in the shade of the camp during the hottest hours.
- ›Late afternoon walk on the dunes and a second night under the stars, with traditional dinner and music.

Day 4 — Chegaga back to Marrakech
- ›Early breakfast in the camp, then leave the desert by 4x4.
- ›Drive back north through the Draa Valley with photo stops at viewpoints over the palm groves.
- ›Pass small Berber villages and old kasbahs along the road.
- ›Cross the Atlas Mountains again by the Tizi n'Tichka pass.
- ›Arrival in Marrakech in the late afternoon or early evening, with drop-off at your hotel.
