About Us
- ›This is much more than a cooking class — it is a full journey into the flavors and techniques of Moroccan cuisine.
- ›Your day starts at a busy local market in Ouarzazate, where your chef walks you through the stalls and helps you pick fresh herbs, spices, meat, and vegetables.
- ›You learn where each ingredient comes from and why it matters in Moroccan cooking.
- ›Back in a warm traditional kitchen, you tie on your apron and the chef introduces you to the main spices and tools used every day in Moroccan homes — the tagine pot, the couscoussier, the mortar and pestle.
- ›Step by step, you cook several classic dishes together.
- ›The menu usually includes a tagine, a couscous, and a fresh Moroccan salad.
- ›When the food is ready, you sit down with the rest of the group and share the meal you made yourselves.
- ›It is a relaxed, friendly moment full of stories, cooking tips, and laughter.
- ›You leave with the recipes, new skills, and a real feeling for Moroccan home cooking.
