These Terms & Conditions govern the tours and services offered by Zora Trip, a local travel agency based in Marrakech, Morocco, through the website zoratrip.com. By booking with us, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. General conditions
All bookings are subject to availability and to confirmation by Zora Trip. Rates quoted remain subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.
2. Bookings
A deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due no later than 30 days before departure, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking, without refund of your deposit.
3. Cancellations by the customer
Cancellations must be made in writing and take effect on the day Zora Trip receives them. If a cancellation reaches us more than 30 days before departure, the deposit is refunded less an administration fee. If a cancellation reaches us within 30 days of departure, no refund is issued.
4. Alterations by Zora Trip
Every effort is made to operate all tours as advertised. It may nevertheless be necessary, sometimes at short notice, to alter an itinerary because of weather, road or traffic conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Zora Trip reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour where necessary. In that case you may choose between accepting the change, transferring your booking to another tour, or receiving a full refund.
5. Travel insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the price of your tour and remains your responsibility. We strongly recommend comprehensive cover including, without limitation, medical expenses, injury, death and repatriation costs, cancellation or curtailment of your trip, and loss of or damage to personal belongings.
6. Health and safety
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and able to take part in the activities included in your tour. We advise you to consult a healthcare provider about your health and fitness for travel. Some tours include activities that call for particular attention to health and safety standards, and Zora Trip makes every effort to provide a safe tour experience.
7. Liability
Zora Trip accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or expense arising from the acts or omissions of customers or of third parties. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from conditions or events beyond our control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, war, strikes, riots or government restrictions.
8. Complaints
If you have a complaint during your tour, please tell your guide or our local representative immediately, so that they have the opportunity to put things right. Any further correspondence about a complaint must reach us in writing within 30 days of the end of the tour.
9. Miscellaneous
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Should any part of them be found void, unlawful or unenforceable, that part may be severed from the agreement and the remaining provisions continue in force.
