These Terms & Conditions govern the tours and services offered by Zora Trip, a local travel agency based in Morocco, through the website zoratrip.com. By requesting a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking and confirmation
All tours are private and tailor-made. You send us a booking request through the website or WhatsApp, and we confirm availability and the final itinerary with you directly by phone or WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once we have replied to you and agreed the details. No online payment is required to reserve.
2. Prices
Prices are shown per tour and are indicative starting prices. The final price depends on your dates, group size, number of vehicles, chosen accommodation and any extra services. We confirm the full price with you in writing before your trip begins. Prices are usually quoted in euros and can be paid in the equivalent local currency.
3. Payment
Payment is made locally in Morocco, in cash or as otherwise agreed with us, at the start of or during your trip. We do not collect payment online or store any card details.
4. Cancellation and changes
You may cancel or change your tour free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, or no-shows, may be subject to a charge for costs already incurred on your behalf. If we ever have to change or cancel a tour due to weather, safety or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you an alternative date, an alternative itinerary, or a refund of any amount already paid.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, arriving on time for pick-ups, and having any travel or health insurance you consider necessary. Please tell us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary needs or accessibility requirements so we can prepare properly.
6. Our responsibilities
We use licensed, insured vehicles and experienced driver-guides. We take great care to deliver the trip as agreed, but we are not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as weather, road conditions, or third-party providers.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute will be handled amicably wherever possible, and otherwise by the competent Moroccan courts.
